All About Me

Ciao, I am Emanuele. I grew up in Torino, moved to Finland, and built the Manuverse as a place where curiosity reigns supreme. I try to write in clear language, test ideas like a stubborn scientist, and keep the jokes dry enough to survive the Finnish winter. Expect different topics, some inapproptriate jokes and the occasional grand comparison that ends with a small, useful conclusion. ☕

What the Manuverse is for

The Manuverse exists to help you make smarter choices with less noise. The promise is simple. When you open an article here you will learn something you can use today, you will see where the claims come from, and you will get a clear action you can try. No inflated promises. No mystery words. If a topic needs nuance I write the nuance and keep it readable.

Who I am in one paragraph

Italian temperament, Nordic logistics. I work as a shift manager in a pizzeira, I build side projects, and spend too long fact checking things that people usually just accept. I lift weights in the morning, read at night, and drink espresso in between. When I make a claim I want you to be able to challenge it. When I recommend something I want you to know If you tested it. 🏋️

How I work

  • Evidence first. I prioritise primary sources, consensus statements, and reproducible methods.

  • Plain language. If I cannot explain it without jargon I do not understand it yet.

  • Clear boundaries. Health, money, and training advice are educational. You are in charge of your decisions.

  • Iteration. Articles update when better data appears. If you spot an error, tell me. I fix it and log the change.

  • EU lens. I write from a European context, with an eye on Finnish rules and realities where relevant.

What you will find here

  • Deep explanations. It might be about nutrition, training, habits, and how to navigate conflicting advice.

  • Culture pieces. Why ideas spread, why some stick, and what that means for everyday life.

What I believe and where I may be wrong

Belief. Most problems improve with boring consistency rather than secret hacks.
Where I may be wrong. Humans are not machines. Stress, culture, money, and sleep change outcomes. If your life does not match a tidy model, the model loses. The article adapts. The goal is to find what works for real people with real constraints.

A few human details

  • Favourite soundtrack for deep work. Symphonic power metal, large choirs, larger dragons.

  • Games that stole my evenings. Skyrim and any world that lets me wander and learn.

  • Comfort objects. A well made espresso and a notebook with too many arrows and boxes. 🐉

  • My favourite series: The Good Place, The Office, From.

Frequently asked questions

Why the name Manuverse
Because I build a small universe of posts and stories, then invite you in. The rule of this universe is simple. Curiosity first, clarity always.

Are your recommendations sponsored
No by default. If a post contains affiliate links I disclose it on the page and again below. If a company sends a sample I say so. A sample does not buy a conclusion.

Can I trust your health advices
You can trust the method and the transparency. You should still talk to your doctor, coach, or accountant for decisions that carry risk. I write to inform, not to prescribe.

Contact

Questions, corrections, collaborations. Use the contact page and introduce yourself in one paragraph. Tell me the problem you want to solve and what you have tried. I cannot promise to answer every message, but I read them and I prioritise anything that adds real value to readers.
